1. Course Enrollment and Access

• Upon registering for the BIASCAPE course, participants gain access to the course. Course access remains valid for a predetermined period, typically tied to the length of the program.
• All course materials, including video lessons, assignments, and assessments, are accessible through an online portal. Participants are required to complete the program within the stipulated time frame to be eligible for certification.

2. Certification

• Certification is granted upon successful completion of all modules, assignments, and assessments. The certification is valid for one year, after which an annual renewal is required to ensure compliance with updated standards.
• Renewals include a refresher course and reassessment. The cost of renewal matches the initial registration fee, covering updated materials and recertification.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment for the course is due upon registration and is non-refundable, except in cases where the course is canceled by Appraisal Insights or if there is a technical issue preventing access. Refunds are not granted if participants fail to complete the course within the allowed time.
• Appraisal Insights reserves the right to modify pricing or offer promotional discounts at its discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided in the course, including text, videos, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Appraisal Insights. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for educational purposes.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of course content is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to engage with the course content and community in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of community standards will result in immediate expulsion from the course without refund.
• Participants should maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during case studies or real-life scenarios.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

• Appraisal Insights collects personal information, such as contact details and course progress, for the purpose of course administration. This information is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
• Participants agree to allow Appraisal Insights to store their progress and certification details for the purpose of tracking and renewal.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Appraisal Insights is not responsible for any damages arising from participants' reliance on course content or certification. The course is designed to enhance knowledge and compliance with industry standards, but individual results and application may vary.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Appraisal Insights operates.
